she announces the development of an alarm management committee and thanks
the alarm industry for its help in developing a solution for her city.

(March 13, 2007) – In this presentation to the Littleton, CO, city council,
police sought to amend their alarm policy while still maintaining what they
consider a fundamental obligation of their department: alarm response.
LPD launched a careful analysis of their options, and concluded a cost
recovery model and/or use of a third party administrator would be to their
best advantage.
